(Bedrooms 1 & 3)

  • Single Occupancy (1 person, private King bed):

  • Double Occupancy (2 people, shared King bed):
    $7,400 total ($3,700 per person)

Annex Queen Room (Bedroom 5)

  • Single Occupancy (1 person, private Queen bed):

  • Double Occupancy (2 people, shared Queen bed):

Twin Shared Rooms (Bedrooms 2 & 4)

  • Shared Room – Two Twin Beds:
    $3,800 per person
    ➤ You will have your own Twin bed and share the room with one other guest.

1. What should I bring to the retreat? Comfortable light clothing Journal Refillable water bottle Sun hat and preferred sun protection Reef-safe sunscreen Pants and closed-toed shoes for horseback riding Swimsuit for freediving and surfing A light jacket for indoor spaces with A/C Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or fragrances to respect those with sensitivities

2. What is the daily schedule like? Each day includes a blend of movement, reflection, and connection: Light breakfast provided Morning outdoor activity (surfing, freediving, or eFoiling) Group session late morning Lunch provided Afternoon group session with break Group dinner Evening meditation or freeform writing before bed (Note: Horseback ride is scheduled for the afternoon.)

3. Do I need prior experience with spiritual practices? No experience is necessary. The retreat is open to all levels, with compassionate, beginner-friendly guidance throughout.

4. What type of food will be provided? [Description needed: Include examples of meals, emphasis on local, fresh ingredients like vegetables, fish, etc.] Please note any dietary needs or allergies upon registration.

5. Is there a dress code? Dress is casual and suited for the tropical climate. We recommend: Lightweight clothing and sandals Active swimwear for ocean activities A light jacket for cooler indoor spaces Pants and closed-toed shoes for horseback riding

6. Can I stay connected with the outside world? We encourage digital disconnection for the full retreat experience. Phone use is only allowed during meal breaks and before/after daily sessions. Phones are not permitted during group sessions.

7. How physically demanding is the retreat? The outdoor activities are beginner-friendly but do require basic physical fitness. There will be some movement in sessions, but also extended periods of sitting. All physical activities are optional and can be adjusted based on your comfort level.

8. What is the cancellation or refund policy? Final payment is automatically charged 15 days prior to the retreat. Cancellations before May 28, 2025 receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations after May 28 are non-refundable. You may transfer your reservation to another eligible participant if needed.

9. Are there any rules or guidelines I should follow? Yes, to support a safe and sacred experience: Take care of yourself to support others Do no harm to yourself or others Use every experience for your upliftment and growth Maintain strict confidentiality—what’s shared in the retreat stays in the retreat No alcohol, smoking, vapes, recreational or non-prescribed drugs (including THC, microdosing, etc.) No sex on the property during the retreat Please bring any concerns to the facilitators. Confidentiality and community agreements will be discussed in detail at the start of the retreat.

10. How do I prepare spiritually or mentally for the retreat? Preparation begins when you register. Simply setting the intention to attend initiates transformation. Consider what you’re ready to let go of, and start reflecting on your intentions for the experience.

11. Who will be leading the retreat? The retreat is facilitated by Gretchen Bleiler and Nathaniel Sharratt. Gretchen is an Olympic medalist and certified facilitator in Spiritual Psychology, known for helping people illuminate their shadows and live more authentically. Nat is a spiritual educator and author with decades of experience guiding individuals through transformation, healing, and awakening.

12. What if I feel overwhelmed or need support during the retreat? Our facilitators and support team are here for you. You are welcome to reach out privately at any time for one-on-one support.
